From enterprise software to packaging platforms

For more than 20 years, I have worked in B2B enterprise technology, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy, primarily helping complex software companies clarify what they do, how they differ, and which buyers they are built to serve.

Transitioning into the packaging industry through coursework with The Packaging School and EPR Academy, I saw a familiar challenge taking shape: packaging compliance is increasingly tied to fragmented data, disconnected workflows, overlapping software categories, and difficult buying decisions.

This led me to focus on the packaging software market itself. My research is designed to help buyers understand how different approaches work, where vendors meaningfully differ, and which solutions are most likely to fit their requirements, data, workflows, and operating model.

I approach my work independently and vendor-neutrally, with an emphasis on evidence, observable product behavior, delivery boundaries, and practical fit.

Drop me a line if you’d like to discuss a packaging software solution, an upcoming evaluation, product positioning, or the market more broadly.
